Set these up once and reuse them for every job: a pipeline is the stages a candidate moves through, and a scorecard is what interviewers rate them on.
Create a pipeline template
Pipeline templates
- Open Recruitment → Pipeline and select Create Template.
- Workflow details: name the pipeline, for example Engineering hiring.
- Choose stages: add the stages in order, for example Applied → Screening → Interview → Offer. For each stage you can set a time limit and whether a scorecard is required before candidates move on.
- Review & create: choose whether to set it as your default workflow, then select Create Workflow.
New jobs use the default pipeline unless you choose another when posting the job.
Create a scorecard template
- Open Recruitment → Scorecard and select Create Template.
- Scorecard details: name it and choose the rating scale.
- Evaluation sections: select + Add Section for each area (for example Technical skills), then + Add Competency Item for each thing interviewers rate within it.
- Review: select Create Scorecard.
Tip
A stage that requires a scorecard stops candidates being moved on until someone has submitted one. That keeps decisions documented.
