KalHR holds some of your organisation's most sensitive information: salaries, bank details, disciplinary cases and candidates' CVs. These habits keep it safe.
Accounts
- Don't share your password, or sign in as someone else.
- Turn on two-factor authentication if it's available to you. See Your account.
- Sign out on shared computers.
- When someone leaves or changes role, remove or adjust their admin access straight away in Users & roles.
Access
- Give each person only what their job needs. Few people should be Group Admins.
- Limit payroll, bank details and disciplinary access to the people responsible for them.
- Review your roles every few months.
Changes
- Check the company, the employee and the amount before you save or approve anything important.
- Use approval workflows for payroll and terminations, so no single person can make those changes alone.
